Hey everybody, welcome to the week of May 6th! Let’s have a look at what’s going on this week. We do have a new Moon in the sign of Taurus, which means the Sun and the Moon are both in Taurus, at the same degree, which is a conjunction between these two luminaries.

The new Moon brings a lot of hope, and in this position, certainly for financial matters, however, it is also about your self-worth. Do you feel worthy of attracting what you desire in life? This a perfect time to look at what you’re saying yourself, is it positive or negative? Do you need to reframe it? The first step is always to notice what is going on, so for this week, I would spend some time just noticing the things you say to yourself and be more present with your inner self-talk. Until you can sort this out then you don’t know what you need to change, right?

Once you pinpoint any negative self-talk, you can then go about reframing it, and like any habit this takes time. So, be kind to yourself because originally, it was considered that need 21 days to make a change, which is now obsolete. Newer information now indicates that it’s somewhere between 66 and 100 days to change a pattern, which then changes the habit and of course, the best way to change your habit is to replace it with another habit, which is more positive and serves you better.

At the same time, the Sun will Sextile, (opportunities, possibilities, and options) with Saturn. Saturn is sitting in the sign of Pisces and this placement gives you a chance to look at your life purpose, and just see if you are living your life purpose. Do you enjoy your work? Are you loving your life? If you answered NO to either of those questions, then this is a great time for you to delve a little deeper and just see what it is that you want to do. With Saturn, it can be about business and the sextile astral aspect connecting with the Sun in Taurus, then it can also be about monetary matters, so whatever changes you feel you want to make in business, your work, or career, make sure also that they are financially viable.

It is a great week to clear out the old and invite the new in, a perfect time for a fresh start!
