Weekly Planetary Report June 26

The week commences on the 26th with Mercury, the planet of communication, creativity, and education, as it makes a move from Gemini, one of the signs Mercury rules, into the more sensitive water sign of Cancer. With Mercury in Cancer, we can expect to be noticing more of how we feel rather than be in our head, and conversations can be more heartfelt. This is a very nice time to connect with people and build closer and deeper relationship bonds.

On the same day, the 26th, planet Mars in Leo will square, which is a challenging astral aspect, with Uranus in Taurus. This aspect can cause a little frustration as Uranus can bring things to fruition straight out of the blue, and of course, Mars wants to get straight into the action. So, there is a warning here, not to move too quickly, otherwise crucial details and information can be overlooked.

Midweek, on the 28th, the energy of the Sun, now in the sign of Cancer, will Trine, which is an easy path of least resistance aspect, with logical Saturn in intuitive Pisces. As this is a water Trine, there’s a lot of sensitivity, and it’s a message to stay connected to your heart rather than allow the energy of Saturn to get you too much in your head, causing you to overthink things. In other words, it really is a message to get out of your own way!

Then, right at the end of the week on the 30th, the imaginative and fanciful energy of Neptune in Pisces, the sign it rules, will go retrograde. This will give you a chance to take a step back and reflect on the progress that has been made so far this year. Consider whether you want to make any course adjustments or not.

On the first of June, the Sun and Mercury will conjunct, at the same degree in the same sign, and that sign is Cancer. So, once again this is an opportunity to go within to see how we really feel about matters and it also helps to be more sensitive to what’s happening with the people you are closest to.

At the end of the weekend, on the second, the Sun and Mercury, both in the sign of Cancer will sextile with Jupiter, presently in the sign of Taurus. The sextile astral aspect represents opportunities and possibilities, and this aspect can literally bring opportunities for love or money directly to you during this time. However, it's important to be careful not to overlook what could be a fabulous option for your consideration. You still need to take the initiative, step forward or put your hand up and say, hey that’s for me! Take control of making it yours, so the universe can deliver the outcome.

The week concludes with Venus, which is transiting the sign of Leo, in a square, which is challenging, with planet Uranus in Taurus. Both Leo and Taurus are fixed signs, hence once they make up their mind about something it can be difficult to change. The energy of Uranus challenges this standpoint, which can cause you to feel off-point somehow, however, a change is generally good, as it's an indication of progress.

All in all, this is a week for reflection, noticing your inner receptiveness and general outlook and perception, and knowing that often, there is no right or wrong, and that it is simply the way we look at things that makes the difference.
