This week commences with Mars, the planet of action and motivation, making its way from the fire sign of Leo, where it’s comfortable with the fire sign energy, into the more cautious earth sign of Virgo. In this position certainly, you can expect to be thinking faster and it’s a good time to be mindful to capture sparks of insight that you won’t want to miss. The challenge here with Mars in Virgo is Mars wants to push forward with speed and Virgo likes to think things through. So, just be aware that when an opportunity comes up with a Mars vibration, it doesn't always stay around for too long. If it’s something that you think it’s going to be good for you, you won't want to take too long with making up your mind. However, use the Virgo energy to do your research, and then you can quickly decide whether it’s right for you or not. 

At the same time, Mercury, the planet of communication and creativity in education, makes his move from the more sensitive and heartfelt sign of Cancer into the leadership sign of Leo. What does this mean? If you have something to say, be careful not to blurt it out before you have time to formulate your words, but at the same time, use the fire sun energy to make a statement - stand up and be heard. 

Mercury will also be in opposition to Pluto, and this takes place just before Mercury makes its move out of Cancer. And as Pluto is in a retrograde transit, you can expect to be dealing with some things from the past or a situation that can feel like lessons from the past. In this sense, you will need to decide, is this something that you want to do again or is this just giving you a realization that suggests to you that you gained closure, or that perhaps you still need to gain closure.   

Towards the end of the week, the Sun will interact with Uranus in a sextile astral aspect, highlighting opportunities can come through now. However, you may not have a great deal of time to think about them. As the Sun is in water sign Cancer, you want to use your intuition and ask yourself how this feels. Because if you can’t get all the data and the information that you need to make a decision, then how it feels, and your intuition could very well be the deciding factor for you.
