The Sun will Square Saturn today, which can bring to the surface past situations that have not been healed. Past unresolved and blocked feelings can reappear if something someone does is similar, and then it triggers a response. Allow your feelings to come to the surface, and instead of pushing them down or aside, just feel whatever it brings up – anger, hurt, etc., and imagine you are letting these feelings go and they are leaving your body. Ask the universe to help you release anything associated with the person / situation. However, to do so, put your mind/ ego aside, and just release the feeling rather than try to analyze it. Once you can do this, the energy will be cleared, and you are more open to allow something or someone else to enter your life.
